Welcome to Squaw Creek Llamas

Our ranch is located only 4 - 1/2 miles from Lander, Wyoming at the base of the Wind River Mountains. We started with our first Llamas in 1985, thus Squaw Creek Llamas was established. We were actively involved in raising and selling Llamas for about 15 years and sold Llamas all over the United States. Due to our life taking a different direction we stopped producing Llamas. We maintain a small herd for our enjoyment and the enjoyment of our guests at The Cottage House. Llamas will always be a part of our lives and we want to share their beauty and aristocrat nature with all who visit our Ranch.

We recently added miniature horses to our Ranch. They get along wonderfully with the Llamas and add a new dimension to our life. We produce a few foals each year, some are for sale, some are to build our herd. We enjoy spending time with all of our animals, and by keeping our numbers workable we are able to interact and train them the way we feel is so important to them and us. We invite you to plan a vacation to stay with us, or just stop by to visit our little ranch and enjoy the animals, beauty and hospitality.
